We want you to love what you create with CIY. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Policy

You can return items purchased from the CIY website for any reason within 7 days after receiving the product. You are welcome to try on a product, but please take adequate care to preserve its original condition, including all tags and packaging.

Return Process

  • Pick-up: We offer a free pick-up service. You’ll see the pickup option when you submit a return request.

  • Once the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality check, we will confirm the receipt and initiate your refund.

Refund Methods

  • Online Payments: Amount will be refunded to the original source of payment within 7–10 days after return confirmation.

  • Cash on Delivery: You will be requested to share your bank account details to receive the refund.

Do’s and Don’ts

✓ Do’s:

  • Return only unused items in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • If your purchase included a free gift or promotional item, return it along with the main product.

✗ Don’ts:

  • CIY is not responsible for products returned by mistake or items not originally purchased from CIY.

  • We are not liable for misplaced or unreturned incorrect items.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
